Connect your production floor to the systems running your business.
Your machines, employees, production schedules, inventory, and business software all generate information. But when that information is spread across equipment, spreadsheets, paper records, and disconnected systems, it's difficult to see what's actually happening. Develop & Conquer builds custom software, equipment integrations, production tracking tools, and AI-assisted workflows that connect your operations, improve visibility, and reduce manual work, without requiring you to replace everything you already use.
The machines know. The office is guessing.
Production information lives in too many places at once. Managers end up piecing the real picture together by hand, or waiting until the end of a shift to find out what happened.

You don't need to replace your machines or your business software to start improving how they work together. We connect what you already have so production status shows up where decisions get made.
Know what's running, what's finished, and what's holding things up.
Work orders move across machines and lines while counts get recorded on paper or entered at the end of a shift. A production application gives the floor and management a shared, current view.
| Machine | Work order | Output | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| CNC-01 | WO-1042 · Precision bracket | 385 / 500 | Running |
| LINE-02 | WO-1043 · Packaging run | 1,120 / 1,500 | Running |
| FAB-03 | WO-1044 · Weldment | 60 / 220 | Paused |
Illustrative production data. We build production work-order interfaces, operator tablets, output tracking, shift reports, production history, downtime logging, and ERP synchronization, so the people running production and the people managing the business share one view.
Your machines don't have to be new to provide useful information.
Older equipment may have limited connectivity, proprietary interfaces, or no network connection at all. Depending on the machine, we evaluate available interfaces, compatible sensors, industrial gateways, or operator-input tools to collect useful information, without replacing the equipment.
Existing machines
Assess available controllers, signals, interfaces, and operating constraints.
Sensors & gateways
Evaluate approved methods for collecting counts, status, operating hours, and other signals.
Operator applications
Capture production information when direct machine integration isn't practical.
Connected reporting
Bring validated equipment and operator information into the systems managers use.
Retrofitting sensors or connecting to machine controllers requires equipment-specific assessment, qualified personnel where necessary, and appropriate safeguards. Monitoring should not interfere with safety circuits or machine operation, we assess each machine before recommending an approach rather than promising it will all just connect.
Connect what you're making with what your business is tracking.
A manufacturer might run orders, purchasing, inventory, and accounting in an ERP while production lives on paper travelers or a separate system. The goal isn't to replace the ERP, it's to make production information useful across the business.

Illustrative work order and integration workflow. We build ERP integrations, digital work orders, material allocation workflows, production confirmations, inventory movements, operator interfaces, and custom reporting, including job costing for machine shops and fabrication businesses that compare estimated labor, materials, and machine time against actual production.
Understand why equipment stops, not just when it stops.
Monitoring equipment status lets a stopped machine become a tracked event with a reason, instead of a mystery gap in the shift. The point is useful, validated signals, not alarms for their own sake.
| Equipment | Status | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| CNC-01 | Running | On WO-1042 |
| PRESS-02 | Stopped | Downtime event, operator review needed |
| PACK-03 | Idle | Awaiting next run |
We build equipment status monitoring, runtime tracking, downtime reason capture, maintenance alerts, service histories, and CMMS integrations. Maintenance can be preventive (scheduled by time, usage, or service intervals), condition-based (triggered by monitored conditions meeting defined rules), or predictive (validated historical and operational data estimating potential failures). We don't promise predictive maintenance by default, it needs suitable sensors, meaningful failure history, reliable data, and testing.
Keep quality records connected to the work.
Inspections, measurements, nonconforming parts, rework, and lot tracking become far more useful when they're tied to the production order and material lot, instead of living on paper or in separate spreadsheets.

Illustrative metrics only. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) combines availability, performance, and quality into one metric, useful when those components are defined and measured consistently. OEE and downtime reporting require consistent definitions and trustworthy production data.
From machine signals to information your team can use.
Conceptual architecture. Depending on the equipment and environment, we evaluate OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, vendor APIs, and compatible gateways. OPC (particularly OPC UA) is an industrial interoperability standard for exchanging information among systems from different vendors. Industrial systems have different safety and availability requirements from office applications: following NIST's Guide to Operational Technology Security, we evaluate equipment compatibility, network separation, access controls, reliability, and operational safety, we don't treat production equipment like an ordinary office computer, and we don't assume we're qualified to redesign safety-critical control systems.
Use production information to make better decisions.
Once the underlying data is connected and validated, AI can help managers ask questions and surface patterns for human investigation, not control equipment.
Conceptual AI response, not an actual diagnosis or production analysis. AI assists with authorized production records and highlights patterns for people to investigate; it isn't an equipment-diagnosis or safety-control system, and we don't claim autonomous machine optimization.

Manufacturing software and integrations, answered.
Can you connect older manufacturing machines to modern software?
Sometimes. We assess available interfaces, compatible sensors, gateways, equipment condition, and operational safety before recommending an approach.
Can you connect our production floor to our ERP?
Where supported, we can build integrations that exchange authorized production, inventory, and work-order information with your ERP.
Can you build a custom production tracking application?
Yes. We can develop operator interfaces, digital work orders, production count tracking, downtime logs, and reporting tools.
Can you collect production counts automatically?
Potentially. Counts may come from supported machine interfaces, approved sensors, or other validated data sources. Manual operator entry may be more appropriate for some equipment.
Can you build an application for shop floor tablets?
Yes. We can build interfaces for work orders, production reporting, inspections, maintenance requests, and other approved workflows.
Can you connect PLCs and industrial equipment?
We can evaluate supported interfaces and approved integration methods. Any connection must account for equipment compatibility, security, operational reliability, and safety.
Can you help us track machine downtime?
Yes. We can build or integrate downtime tracking, event histories, operator reason codes, and reporting.
Can you connect quality inspections to production records?
Yes. We can develop digital inspection workflows and link records to authorized work orders, lots, parts, or production runs.
Can AI help identify production problems?
AI can assist with analyzing authorized production records and highlighting patterns for human investigation. It should not be treated as an independent equipment diagnosis or safety-control system.
Do we need to replace our existing ERP or machines?
Not necessarily. We begin by evaluating your current systems and identifying opportunities for supported integrations, extensions, and custom applications.
